Our Client is a subsidiary of a Large Automobile Marketplace and is a duly registered company in Thailand. They specialize in the business of enabling the buying and selling of used cars to be customer friendly. They focus on automotive finance and refinance through tech-enabled online platforms and through its wide dealer partner network across Thailand. They are also building a finance marketplace that assists dealers with Fair and Faster Processing, High Customer Volumes, Data & Tech solutions.

Our client is building SEAs largest auto-tech financial services business. It operates under different brand names in Indonesia and Philippines. They are working to influence USD 80Bn auto financial services business across the region and has already reached to the #1 position in Indonesia. With a team of about 3000 people spread across countries, it aspires to be a place of choice for people looking to make a career in the Automotive ecosystem. The company has regional HQ based out of Singapore and has operational presence across Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand with plans to expand in rest of the SEA.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Strong sourcing skills : having dealt with LinkedIn etc. and understanding of new age sourcing tools
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
- Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment processes and communication.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and efficiency gains.
- Fair understanding of non-tech hiring space and the challenges of the current market dynamics
Preferred Candidate profile
- 5- 8 years of relevant experience in the talent acquisition department is preferred.
- BA/MBA/PGDM (HR) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, can do attitude
- Strong Thai skills
