About the job Key Account Manager
Budget : Not over than 120,000 THB excluding allowances
Working hours : Monday - Friday at 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Location : Huai Khwang, Bangkok
Interview process : 2 rounds
Responsibilities :
- Manage key account partnerships in modern trade channels in Thailand and overseas markets,
- Manage and develop key account team members to accomplish partnership and organizational goals.
- Deep dive into key accounts to develop successful strategies for their businesses, including product placement, promotional sell-in, sell-out monitoring, inventory management, and uncovering new opportunities for the company.
- Analyze target markets and competitors to identify new business development opportunities to gain market share.
- Maintain close cooperation with marketing teams for product marketing, sales materials, and e-commerce support for key distribution partners.
Qualifications :
- Thai male Candidate and age is around 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of Sales, Account Management, or Business Development experience, preferably in the same industry or products.
- Ideally, experience or knowledge in modern trade, Southeast Asia markets, and the construction industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent planning and time management abilities.
- Must be comfortable and open to traveling to overseas markets (expected to be out of the office for work approximately 90% of the time).
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile working environment.
- A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
