Position Overview: Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our international market presence, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand company's market presence globally.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets for animal and human nutrition products.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and implement sales plans for key accounts and territories.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
- Provide guidance and support to regional sales teams.
- Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Effectively manage a remote team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.
- Utilize technology and communication tools to facilitate seamless remote work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the animal or human nutrition industry.
- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Experience in managing remote teams is desirable.
