Role Description

Title: Customer Support / Translation 

Project: Healthcare Translation Support

Experience: 0 - 5 years (Freshers/Experienced Candidates Welcome)

Qualifications: Open for SPM/Diploma Holders

Shifts: Permanent Night Shift with Shift Allowances and transportation allowance.

Location: Cyberjaya

Language Proficiency: Mandarin/Cantonese & Good English

This is a mix of Customer support and Translation/Interpretation. Not pure CS role.

Work Hours: Full-Time Onsite, 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday), Regular Weekends Off

Working Hours: 9 PM to 6 AM / 10 PM to 7 AM
