The Role

  • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the operation and the revenue of multiple floors.
  • As part of our team, your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience every time.

  • Oversee the Food & Beverage operations to ensure company standards are met.
  • Maintain the food & service standards, and the product knowledge to the highest standard.
  • Ensure maximal revenue and profit are achieved from all sales opportunities.
  • Monitor the weekly food, beverage, variable and wage costs to ensure they are in line with the budget.
  • Work on guest feedback with the Membership team to ensure the offering of the best guest experience
  • Support and assist in the employee life cycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and motivation, performance management, retention and separation

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality
  • Must have 3+ years experience as a restaurant manager with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Excellence revenue & cost management
  • Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
  • Very good team leader & team player, must have leadership, coaching and staff development experience.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, a proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact
  • Available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside office hours (weekends and holidays) - a must!
