About the job Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Discover and bring in new distributors and agents to broaden our market reach.
  • Oversee and uphold relationships with existing offline dealers and agents.
  • Gather and document sales data in order to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain balanced inventory across all channels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Enforce price management policies to maintain consistent pricing.
  • Maintain brand image and ensure uniformity in all marketing and sales materials.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the Vietnamese retail industry and a well-established network of distributor and agent connections.
  • Extensive networks with local retail stores, shopping malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, wholesalers, etc. in Vietnam.
  • A reputation for honesty, intelligence, and a genuine enthusiasm for the work.
  • Driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Chinese or English.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in channel management or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer goods, particularly in the food industry, is preferred.
  • Background in sales or marketing is required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools is a must.
