Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in executive and director assistant roles, proficient in managing administrative and clerical tasks with precision and responsibility. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage office operations and procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient office functioning.
  • Oversee administrative clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or in a related administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
