Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Chinese-Speaking Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of direct sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on acquiring and managing Chinese clients. This role involves finding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new Chinese clients and expand the customer base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing Chinese clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the Chinese market in the freight forwarding industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective Chinese clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operaons team to ensure smooth execution of services and address client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Chinese market.
Qualifications:
- Open to Thai locals or Chinese Expats, Male or Female, Age 25- 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics Management, or Related Field.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the freight forwarding industry for Air Cargo and Ocean Cargo. with preference to ocean freight (China & USA Trade Experience preferred)
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and portfolio management within the Chinese market.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding operations.
- Can do job independent, business travel in Thailand.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
