Channel Sales Supervisor
About the job Channel Sales Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the H3C channel team to expand the Thai market, develop and maintain channel partners, and promote the construction of the channel network.
- Execute channel sales plans and strategies to ensure channel sales targets are achieved.
- Manage channel project coordination, oversee order and contract compliance reviews, monitor payment milestone achievements, and evaluate channel partner performance.
- Assist in building a localized team, participate in the selection and training of channel talent, and develop optimized team collaboration processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in channel development or sales in the ICT industry.
- Familiar with the regional market, with strong sales and business development capabilities; candidates with channel resources from major vendors such as Cisco, Dell, or HP are preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; proficient in business negotiation and resource integration.
- Native Thai speaker, with English proficiency sufficient for work communication.
- Possess a valid drivers license and be able to drive; open to frequent client visits.
Working Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Report to Manager in China.
Subordinate: 5-6 (Need to hire by this role)
90 days probation
2 rounds interview, 1st with China online, 2nd onsite in CW tower.
