Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving sales efforts to grow our client base. You will work closely with our recruitment teams to ensure clients' staffing needs are met and relationships are nurtured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment industry, building a pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients to showcase our recruitment solutions and services.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in business development strategies.
  • Negotiations & Contracts: Manage the negotiation process, drafting contracts, and ensuring the successful closing of deals.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and ensure the right talent is delivered to meet client expectations.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports to senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle and business development processes, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Education: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
