Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Finance and Admin manager with a strong background in supply chain management for our manufacturing facility in the petrochemical industry.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial accounting, administrative support, and knowledge of BOI regulations relevant to the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Prepare tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax and corporate income tax and ensure full compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and BOI regulations.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Monitor and report on cash flow and working capital management.

Support the auditing process and ensure timely completion of audits.

Administrative Support:

Support the management team by handling administrative tasks related to

office and plant operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment, and office management.

Handle HR related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, recruitment co-ordination for both office and factory

Liaise with suppliers and service providers for the factorys operations needs, such as maintenance service, s raw material procurement and transportation

Maintain documentation for contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.

Maintain company licenses and permits, ensuring timely renewals and regulatory compliance.

Facilitate communication across departments to streamline operations with

Regional headquarter in Singapore.

BOI Knowledge:

Understand and apply BOI regulations to financial and administrative processes.

Assist in preparing and submitting BOI applications and reports.

Stay informed about BOI incentives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the petrochemical or manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of BOI regulations and financial incentives in Thailand.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

Additional Skills:

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventor management is a manufacturing setup

Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standard, tax regulations and industry specific compliance.

Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management in a manufacturing setup.

Knowledge of supply chain management principles is a plus.
