The role will oversee all business operations related to building materials projects and retail sectors. This includes developing and executing strategic and business plans, managing partnerships, and ensuring successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all business activities for projects and retail sectors.
  • Design and implement strategic and business plans as assigned.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, architects, and design firms, to enhance business operations.
  • Review and evaluate documents for approval by the director and organize tenders for project execution in accordance with current regulations.
  • Oversee project progress, monitor costs, quality, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding project performance, challenges, and investment efficiency.
  • Manage and develop the sales team, including recruitment and training.
  • Prepare business reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Keep up to date with company policies, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in economics, construction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the same industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize, manage, and develop business areas, customer relationships, and teams.
  • Excellent market analysis, business planning, and strategy development skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
