Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation to create a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.

2. Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align demand generation strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and contribute to refining targeting strategies.
  • Responsibilities to work with agents and manage agents effectively to rent out rooms.

3. Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Conduct targeted prospecting to identify decision-makers and influencers within potential client organizations.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to initiate contact and nurture relationships.

4. Qualification and Needs Analysis:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

5. Sales Funnel Management:

  • Manage and prioritize leads to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads through the sales funnel.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Preferably in industries such as real estate, commercial property, hospitality (hotels/restaurants), insurance, and related sectors.
  • Able to use English from intermediate level (reading/writing skills).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Salary: 10M - 12M + commision
