Objectives/Long-term Goals:

Lead the design of comprehensive system analysis and design, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed systems and enhancements.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, data flow diagrams, and process models.
Oversee the implementation of new systems and modifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems, resolving issues and optimizing performance.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and guide junior system analysts and other team members to foster professional development.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve business processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of system analysis methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in creating and interpreting system design documents and architecture diagrams.
Experience with system implementation, integration, and testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Angular, C#, or Python.
Experience with databases, SQL, and data modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
