Role Summary:

The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership. This role requires a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in managerial accounting, financial analysis, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, tax and Laws.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure professional development of team members.
  • Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management.
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.
  • Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax, laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities in the planning process
  • Handle various tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor on case-by-case basis (if any).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferable.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Having experience regarding Crypto business is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements .
  • Excellent leadership, research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, manage work effectively, work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality work on schedule.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Good command of written and oral English and Thai.

Office hours:

MON (WFH), 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

TUE - FRI (WFO), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
