Position: Project Finance Manager

Reports To: CFO

Job Purpose:

Manage the financial operations for the new project at Rayong, including banking, cash flow, project spending, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and analysis for the CFO and management.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Banking & Treasury Operations

- Oversee project-related banking activities like funding, issuing Letters of Credit (LCs), and Bank Guarantees (BGs).

- Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage project finances and ensure compliance with local laws and tax regulations.

- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and manage overseas payments to vendors.

- Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.

Time: 50%

2. Project Spending & Asset Management

- Ensure accurate project spending, timely processing of bills, and proper accounting of assets.

- Regularly monitor and report on project financials, including Capex and cash flow.

Time: 30%

3. Compliance with Legal & Tax Regulations

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., customs, VAT, WHT).

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet regulatory obligations.

Time: 20%


Major Challenges:

- Managing complex banking operations for a large-scale project.

- Ensuring accurate and timely overseas payments.

- Maintaining compliance with local legal and tax requirements.


Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: CA/CPA/ICWA or Finance Graduate with 10-12 years of experience in Project Finance, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of finance and project accounting.

- SAP expertise.

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Solid understanding of tax and regulatory compliance in Thailand.

- Experience: Prior experience in finance and treasury management in a manufacturing company.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification (CA/CPA).

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
