Job Responsibility

  • Policy Planning: Collaborate with management to develop policies for effectively utilizing
  • information technology within the organization.
  • Support Management: Manage and oversee the department's support tasks to ensure they
  • meet SLA requirements, while also educating users on efficient computer system usage.
  • System Maintenance: Supervise internal equipment and system checks (MA) and ensure ERP
  • system database backups are completed as per the set conditions and schedule.
  • Contract and Maintenance Management: Review and manage hardware and software
  • contracts and maintenance agreements (MA) to align with budget policies, maximizing the
  • company's benefits.
  • Team Development: Plan and oversee the development of subordinates to enhance their skills
  • and knowledge, ensuring alignment with the department's IT processes and organizational goals.
  • Software Compliance: Monitor and prevent the use of unlicensed software.

Qualification

  • Approximate Age: 40 46 years old, Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering,
  • Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years in MIS and a minimum of 5 years in an IT management role.
  • Skills: Strong ability to manage and develop the organization's ERP system, particularly for sales
  • and back-office functions (the company uses a custom ERP system developed in-house).
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding and decision-making ability, especially in IT policy, IT
  • security, and IT risk management.
  • Responsibilities: Overseeing IT development, IT services, and IT operations.
  • Communication: Confident in presentations, proficient in English, and flexible with work hours, capable of handling issues that arise at night or on weekends.

(This position oversees 8 subordinates.)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08.30 - 18.00)

Working Location: Head Office at Soi Ladprao 101 (MRT Yellow Line)
