Job Summary: -

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the tender process for pharmaceutical products in Thailand. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and DKSH Tender team for preparing tender documents to participate in e-Tender and Listing process after analyzing tender requirements

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the end-to-end tender process for pharmaceutical products, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with DKSH team to all open tender in their portal and submit documents on time as per check list and demand of Tender
  • Prepare and share Quotation for Listing to Hospitals by coordinating with Sales team
  • Ensure to meet all timeline for submission of Tender
  • If needed then visit the Hospital and discus Tender documents/Specs about products with Pharmacist/Doctors
  • Coordinate and Support Regulatory person for document filing
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify upcoming tender opportunities and potential competitors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during the tender process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, regulatory affairs, and finance, to gather necessary information for tender submissions wherever needed
  • Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, pricing details, and contract terms.
  • Monitor tender results and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the tender process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in tender regulations and update to team on regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Filing of Tender
  • Understanding of Tender require Documents, Specs are important
  • Strong understanding of the tender process, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
