About the job Senior Analyst/Master Planner
Responsibilities & Key activities:
Manage plant production volume plan & changes through close communication with Schedulers / Raw Material/ Manufacturing team to ensure the plan is executed
Work with Demand Planner and Supply Planner to complete fulfillment plan when agreed S&OP is released & provide inter-pole Risk and Opportunity, intra-pacific risk and opportunity and supply risk accordingly
Solve alerts and TB (Availability) block on a daily basis by connecting with Schedulers / Raw Material / Logistics/ Manufacturing to ensure our first commitment to customer, which contributes to Deliver To 1st Promise (DT1P) performance.
Review all unconfirmed customers orders and confirm the orders. Investigate any issues with the order and take corrective action
Manually create Contract Manufacturing (CM) PR and release CM PR.
Ownership for inventory lead MTI/MTA/MTIZ (Make to Inventory, Make to Aggregation, Make to inventory into Zero Stock)inventory replenishment for make-sell plan order and buy-sell. STR/STO (Stock Transfer Requested, Stock Transfer Order). Manage safety stock, scrap sales and optimize inventory level, and control AFG movement & analyze aged reasons to drive AFG (Agreed Finished Goods) reduction
Quarterly run FG sales classification, define planning strategy, and update safety stock target.
As one of key stakeholder in ASPEN (MRP system) material balance tool, responsible for input inventory plan quarterly
Responsible for maintenance of inventory master data, safety stock, planning strategy and clearing unused data and past due order
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management and business management;
3-5 years of relevant experience in related field.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent MS utilization and modeling knowledge
Strong analytical skills & problem solving skill
