About the job Head of Acquisition & Growth
Position Purpose -
- Design and execute digital strategy aligned with the company's broader business and marketing plans.
- Lead growth of the digital business through customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Drive tunnel optimization relying on insights generated through data analysis, utilize existing partnerships for driving digital business revenue via promotion of multiple digital use cases.
- Strong leadership skills for managing and collaborating with diverse cross functional teams.
- We're looking for a leader with the ability to influence their team and promote creative thoughts and ideas.
- Uplift the organizations digital capabilities with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Reach periodic (daily/ weekly/ monthly) targets as set with management.
- Build effective demand generation based on optimal channel mix and spend management.
- Direct and oversee an organization's digital business policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Run initiatives to grow the MAU base as per set targets.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for increasing acquisition & MAU in collaboration with marketing team and external partners
- Devising offerings to drive customer loyalty.
- Running experiments of new use cases in an agile way to test customer adoption.
- Work with Chief Digital Officer & CFO to build target-oriented plans with clear actions for achievement.
- Commercialize new products and use case for digital business along with product & technology in agile way of work.
- Push new ideas and work collaboratively with the Marketing, Design and Category Management team.
- Run experiments in an agile way and commercialize success immediately.
- Experimenting with new use cases in an agile and cost-effective way
- Sets short- and long-term strategies and evaluate effectiveness of ongoing programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Excited about a new challenge - possess the energy and desire to break the rules and create new ideas for a constantly moving consumer market.

Experience -
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably from Fintech, ecommerce, consumer banking and/or mass market consumer services.
A proven background in online sales is essential. - Have exposure & experience in leading MAU (monthly active users) for use cases daily.
- Ideally have experience working at/with leading platforms such as Facebook, Google and similar online channels for customer acquisition
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders, including board level, where required.
Functional Skills and Knowledge areas -
- Able to acquire market information and intelligence as well as network within the business to understand the challenges in product skews and to improve sales penetration.
- In depth knowledge of digital products including wallets and the relevant engagement channels
- Strong understanding of how to use data analytics to drive customer acquisition and growth
