Job Summary:
UI Tech lead should be very well versed with the any of the JS framework (React, Angular, VueJS details mentioned
below). The incumbent needs to own and drive the UI development. Expected to work with cross teams for the assigned
deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather and understand user requirements Design and develop the solutions which are scalable
Capable of doing deep debugging
Come up with innovative ideas for improve UI interface
Deep understanding of user interface designs
Team leading experience Hire, coach, and grow a high performing UI team of talented engineers with diverse
skill-sets.
Collaborate with the geo-distributed team to own and deliver projects
End to end communication across functional teams and drive engineering initiatives
Participate in architecture and technical design and drive product direction strategy
Experience in UX is a plus.
Evaluate technologies and present proposed architecture to team;
Develop components and solutions that integrate with web applications;
Create UI from provided wireframes, design comps and UI artifacts;
Perform code reviews as well as subjecting your code to reviews;
Provide technical leadership and expertise for product deliverables;

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science Minimum 8 years of experience in any of the js framework
(Angular/Vue/React)
Should be familiar with ES6 Should be comfortable with HTML5 CSS3
Should have good hands-on experience in java script development
Candidate should have experience in VueJS at least 1-2 Years OR should be willing to work on VueJS from Day 1
of Project;
Should be comfortable with object-oriented JavaScript
Experience with Java technologies frontend and backend is a plus;
Optimizing code for performance;
Agile software development using industry leading toolset like JIRA, GIT, etc.
A passion for technology and insatiable appetite to learn, learn-it-all attitude.
Strong communication skills, ability to write technical docs and present ideas.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Design and architecture review;
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and frameworks.
