Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
 - Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
 - Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
 - Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee attendance and leave records.
 - Coordinate with the HR team from the Headquarters'
 - Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
 - Support performance management and appraisal processes.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
 - Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workplace is clean, organized, and fully equipped.
 - Handle procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
 - Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and office events
 - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the branch level
 - Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
 
Requirement:
- 2 to 5 years experience in HR & Admin
 - Must be a Graduate
 - Strong with Thai Labor Laws
 - Languages: Proficiency in both English and Thai
 - Nationality: Thai
 - Must Have experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll & SSO. If the candidate is good we can consider the high salary too.
