Position: SAP IT Supervisor (EWM/WM/MRP)

Working Location: Samut Prakan, Thailand, Bangna km.19 (On-site)

Report to: Site Manager and dotted line to Country IT

Key Accountabilities:

  • Designing or re-engineer recognized business processes that properly and efficiently utilize the existing SAP functionality.
  • Driving statement of partnership projects, ensuring they meet customer needs and are operationally sound Partner with regional team, participate in project request assessments to maintain enterprise-wide application alignment.
  • Providing thought leadership and hands-on support to the Master data governance process within their area of SAP Functional responsibility.
  • Providing on-going day-to-day problem resolution, support, and training for the SAP systems to the user departments throughout the global enterprise
  • Introducing industry-relevant best practices and act as a trusted advisor to the executive team regarding enterprise value improvement opportunities
  • Viewed internally and externally as a functional expert and critical talent in maximizing leverage of IT assets
  • Acting as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent Technical Skills
  • A Clear understanding of master data management the homogeneity of master data, its impact on business and on master data management policy, and the ability to develop master data migration tools.
  • implementation experience and knowledge of SAP EWM/WM/ MRP processes and configuration and migration or interface master data.
  • Expert knowledge of different processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with master data, including variant configuration
  • An understanding of RF technology and device.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management or related field
  • 3+ years experiences in SAP EWM/WM / MRP
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Periodic travel is required, including the potential for international travel
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in managing personnel located internationally and of diverse cultural backgrounds that may or may not be direct reports
  • Demonstrated experience managing external vendors for mutually beneficial relationships
  • Extensive knowledge of IT governance, operations, security practices, and audit compliance
  • SAP experience required as a functional user, or consultant in particular, experience integrating legacy applications into an SAP landscape
  • Good communication in English Skill (Writing / Speaking)
