Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand, the specialty care industry, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to identify market opportunities for the product.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful new product launches and drive organizational alignment.
  • Implement Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) strategies to enhance sales force effectiveness and improve engagement with HCPs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate innovative product ideas that address both current and unmet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Training Managers to equip the sales team with the necessary skills, including a case-based approach and specialty care techniques.
  • Manage the product portfolio, contributing to marketing strategies for both new and existing products.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including product launches, promotions, and communication efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of pricing strategies and manage issues related to product specifications, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of product-related business events and training programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for new product development and packaging.
  • Organize special events such as seminars and exhibitions to provide customers with product and drug information.
  • Deliver product knowledge consultations, presentations, and training to customers and the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; an MBA is a plus.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the Generic Industry, with a focus on Neurology, Psychiatry, and Cardiology segments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset, while also collaborating effectively with others.
  • Strategic thinker with solid experience in product management.
  • Proven track record in executing tasks and achieving results through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
