1. Payroll

  • Responsible to check all payroll payments which includes salary, incentives, OT, statutory payments and other allowances.
  • Checker role on internal and regulatory reports.
  • Be the point of contact to manage and resolve HR systems interface and transaction processing issues.
  • Monthly and quarterly report analysis for Management to review.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior or Management.
  • This role requires at least Intermediate/ Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.

2. Club Management

  • Manage full cycle of monthly payroll functions that includes preparation and processing monthly payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for processing & checking attendance including leave, overtime, part time wages and allowances.
  • Check overtime claims, attendance records in order to update on any absenteeism, unpaid leave, absconding, resignation and new staff;
  • Prepare monthly statutory contributions and arrange for payment to be made accordingly
  • Prepare payroll analysis report and statutory report i.e. bank advice cheque, EPF, SOCSO, CP39 and etc.
  • Maintain and update staffs movement and all relevant details in our HRMS system as well as staff personnel files.
  • Attend to all payroll queries or payroll computation raise by the staff.
  • Assist in administrative task such as issuance of IR/ HR related letters.
  • Assist to provide advices on HR disciplinary issues/ disputes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior or Management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in HR/ Payroll is required for this position.
  • Must be good in Microsoft Excel especially with formulas.
  • Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.
  • Hands on experience with HR software like HRMS, HRIS, etc.
  • Good proficiency in other Microsoft Applications (ie. Words)
  • Strong verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to work in Solaris Mont Kiara.
