岗位职责

1.管理区域Sell out和Sell through, 推动区域销量提升, 对区域Sell out和Sell through的目标达成负责;

2.负责公开渠道以及运营商渠道的市场开拓以及客户关系维护;

3.搭建和管理销售团队, 负责销售团队人才梯度建设;

4.及时总结以及分析销售数据, 参与制定渠道销售政策并落地执行;

5.覆盖区域售点, 管理进销存以及建设和维护零售形象。

任职条件

1.全日制本科学历及以上,泰语/英语听说读写熟练优先;

2.销售管理相关工作经历3年及以上;

3.具有吃苦耐劳的精神、良好的逻辑思维能力和管理策略;

4.接受节假日、周末工作和长期驻海外生活工作。

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage regional sell-out and sell-through, drive regional sales growth, and be responsible for achieving the sell-out and sell-through targets in the region.
  2. Responsible for market expansion and customer relationship maintenance in both open channels and operator channels.
  3. Build and manage the sales team, and be responsible for developing a talent pipeline within the team.
  4. Timely summarize and analyze sales data, participate in the formulation of channel sales policies, and ensure their execution.
  5. Cover sales points in the region, manage inventory and retail image, and maintain retail presence.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in Thai/English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) is preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales management or related work.
  3. Strong work ethic, excellent logical thinking, and management strategies.
  4. Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, and live overseas long-term.
