岗位职责
1.管理区域Sell out和Sell through, 推动区域销量提升, 对区域Sell out和Sell through的目标达成负责;
2.负责公开渠道以及运营商渠道的市场开拓以及客户关系维护;
3.搭建和管理销售团队, 负责销售团队人才梯度建设;
4.及时总结以及分析销售数据, 参与制定渠道销售政策并落地执行;
5.覆盖区域售点, 管理进销存以及建设和维护零售形象。
任职条件
1.全日制本科学历及以上,泰语/英语听说读写熟练优先;
2.销售管理相关工作经历3年及以上;
3.具有吃苦耐劳的精神、良好的逻辑思维能力和管理策略;
4.接受节假日、周末工作和长期驻海外生活工作。
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage regional sell-out and sell-through, drive regional sales growth, and be responsible for achieving the sell-out and sell-through targets in the region.
- Responsible for market expansion and customer relationship maintenance in both open channels and operator channels.
- Build and manage the sales team, and be responsible for developing a talent pipeline within the team.
- Timely summarize and analyze sales data, participate in the formulation of channel sales policies, and ensure their execution.
- Cover sales points in the region, manage inventory and retail image, and maintain retail presence.
Job Qualifications:
- Full-time Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in Thai/English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or related work.
- Strong work ethic, excellent logical thinking, and management strategies.
- Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, and live overseas long-term.
