About the role:

The Workday Functional Consultant will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Australian Workday Practice Leads. As their "go-to" expert in the region, you will provide crucial support on implementation projects, client augmentation roles, and Application Management Services (AMS) across various regions. This role offers significant flexibility, including the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

As a Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Absence and Time Tracking, you will:

- Support clients in Workday modules, specifically in Business Process and Configurations for Absence, Time Off, and Time Tracking.

- Collaborate with Workday leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.

- Assist clients in configuring industry standards within the Workday HCM solution, providing solutions for optimized configurations and streamlined processes.

- Design and implement requirements within the Workday Absence/Time Tracking solution.

- Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.

- Have a strong understanding of Workdays Implementation Methodology.

- Share Workday best practices with clients.

- Participate in Workday certification, update training, and other events to enhance your product knowledge and skills.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years experience as a consultant or customer in the Workday Absence/Time Tracking functional area.

- A current Workday HCM Core Certification (preferred).

- Experience or certification in Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking (preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

- The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience with other Workday functional modules (a plus).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (advantageous).

- Working knowledge of Australian employment and payroll regulations and legislation (preferable).

- Experience working with global Workday teams across multiple time zones.

Timezone shifts include:

- 8am-4pm (Philippine Standard Time) / 10am-6pm (AEST)
