Duties and responsibilities:

We're looking for a result-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive inbound sales leads and increase brand visibility. Identify and engage with property owners and stakeholders through effective networking and relationship-building efforts. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, seminars, and workshops aimed at showcasing our property management solutions. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends, providing valuable insights for business growth. 
  • Conduct the post-event evaluation & provide feedback to the Marketing team. 
  • Work closely within the team to ensure alignment of strategies and goals, contributing to the overall sales pipeline. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new owners by conducting sales pitches, presentations, and negotiations. 
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. 
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails. 
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services. 
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects. 
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Proven experience (5 years or more) in sales development representative, preferably in the property management, real estate, or related industry. 
  • Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, property owners, and industry professionals. 
  • Demonstrated success in generating inbound sales leads and achieving sales targets. 
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, particularly in event planning and execution. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies. 
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a results- oriented mindset. 
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or qualifications are a plus.
