Job Summary
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. They will lead a team of recruiters, ensuring the timely and successful fulfillment of staffing needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Job Description
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Review and assess resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate evaluation process.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Position Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
Bachelor degree in any related field (Master Degree preferred);
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Oral and written communication in English
