Job Title: Telesales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and promote products/services to generate interest and potential sales opportunities.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to understand their needs.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of potential customers.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales analytics.
- Stay informed about product updates, pricing, and promotions to accurately represent offerings to customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and persistent with the ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
