Main Responsibilities / Job Summary (Primary deliverables of role and its scope)

  • Market intelligence on product category
  • Category MIS - Sales/ Margins
  • Monitoring and analyzing market prices (Apollo vs. Competition)
  • Coordination with the field offices on updates - network, customer marketing programs, internal research, POS collaterals Design & execute etc.
  • Coordination with field team and R&D on product related issues
  • Coordination with APMEA regions for product and marketing support

Managing of M&HCV commercial vehicle product Category

  • Healthy positioning of product w.r.t pricing, positioning etc.
  • Product Planning & New product development
  • Building product brands
  • Devise strategy for entering new & emerging distribution channels
  • Track and maximize revenue from product category
  • Interaction with technical product development managers and sales teams, defining new product features and go to market plans

  • Support role to Product category
  • Assistance to all category product related requirements
  • MIS and data management for product category.
  • Support in Driving categories.
  • Planning, co-ordination & execution of key marketing initiatives for product category and network
