Procurement Engineer

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

• Supplier Sourcing and Supplier Resource Management
• Contribution to the company's cost reduction and cost management
• Industry benchmark building and optimization
• Management of Supplier Performance and Regular Communication
• Procurement Policy and Strategy Organizing and Development
• Supplier Negotiation and Internal Process Optimization
• Internal Procurement Process Training
• Cooperation with the Engineering Delivery Project Team
• Organization of Project Bidding and Contract Management
• Internal Customer Satisfaction Management Project Team, Engineering Departments etc.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering Project Delivery or Procurement.
• Knowledge of Engineering includes but is not limited to Telecommunication equipment installation service, Managed service, FTTx, Data Center, etc.
• Strong result-oriented, willing to dedicate to work, and proactive in engagement.
• Eager to learn, and learning by doing.
• Have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a challenging fast and pressure environment.
• A good command of English and Chinese is a plus.
