Operation F&A Accounting Manager

Job Purpose - 

1. Management and responsible for overall finance and accounting function.
2. Ensure that all voucher recording is maintained in accordance with Accounting Standard and review all payment and receipt both of Domestic and Oversea completeness according to credit terms.
3. Coordinate and Develop Accounting System in accordance with the Business growth of the company.
4. To develop and efficient and effective finance and accounting operation system including solution problem and protect against illegal acts.

Primary Accountabilities - 

1. Supervising and control account receivable and received money process.
2. Supervising account payable and payment process.
3. Supervising, control and manage the fixed asset of company.
4. Supervising and control tax work.
5. Closing of Financial Statement for the end of month.
6. Report on the work and the problem and proposed solution (it any) to the superiors.
7. Responsible of B.O.I process of company.
8. Supervising and control inventory inside and outside.
9. Set product cost standard.
10. Manage and supervise accounting teams.
11. Other job assignment.

Can Communicate with tax office

Coordinate with BOI

Coordinate with Auditors

Education

• Bacherlors degree in accounting file

Experience / Skill

• 10 years up in Accounting & Finance supervisory level, work experience at lease 3 years in management and/or get approval for promotion from Top Management.
• Good communicate in both spoken and written English.
• Leadership skill and ability to solve problem.
• Fluent in computer skill.
• Effective team work good attitude and human relation, able to work under pressure.

Knowledge

• HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN TAX LAW
• Knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code & Accounting Standard.
