岗位职责

1、产品上市操盘:了解市场/客户需求,组织制定整体解决方案(包括但不限于产品、商务、营销、渠道、零售、交付、服务等),负责公司各档位产品海外市场上市操盘和生命周期管理,并进行客户互动 ;

2、项目管理:作为项目owner,协同各个功能领域(包括BRANGDING、零售、服务、交付等),组成产品上市团队,进行分层级的项目管理 ;

3、包装卖点及传播策略:与产品线共同牵头产品营销工作,协同BRANDING、零售等部门拉通在产品规划/拓展/零售等阶段的卖点包装及传播策略;

4、控货控价管理:对产品商业成功负责,通过量价管理,最大化产品收益,负责产品的发货管控与价格管控,维持市场秩序稳定

5、产品营销费用管理:确保营销资源投入匹配产品策略,同时控制投入节奏,确保产品可持续热度,最大化投入产出 ;

6、跟进区域经营:对区域进行分类并指导资源分配,聚焦重点市场,指导区域市场策略,解决方案的制定,管理落地执行 。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,英语流利优先;

2、5年以上快消品操盘经验;

3、接受长期驻海外工作生活,抗压能力强;

4、具备产品生命周期内解决方案制定及落地的能力 ;

5、具备分层分级项目管理能力 ;

6、能够通过控货控价管理,最大化产品收益 。

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Product Launch Management: Understand market and customer needs, organize and develop comprehensive solutions (including but not limited to product, business, marketing, channel, retail, delivery, and services). Responsible for the overseas market launch and lifecycle management of various company products, and maintain customer interactions.
  2. Project Management: Act as the project owner, collaborating with different functional areas (including branding, retail, service, and delivery), forming a product launch team, and managing the project at different levels.
  3. Selling Points and Communication Strategy: Co-lead product marketing efforts with the product line, and collaborate with the branding and retail departments to package and communicate key selling points during product planning, expansion, and retail phases.
  4. Inventory and Pricing Control: Ensure the commercial success of the product by managing volume and pricing to maximize profits. Oversee product shipment and pricing control to maintain market order and stability.
  5. Product Marketing Expense Management: Ensure that marketing resource investments align with product strategies, while controlling the pace of investment to maintain product momentum and maximize ROI.
  6. Regional Operations Follow-up: Categorize regions and guide resource allocation, focusing on key markets. Provide guidance on regional market strategies, develop solutions, and manage implementation.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree or above, fluency in English preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in managing fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) operations.
  3. Willingness to work and live overseas long-term with strong stress tolerance.
  4. Ability to develop and implement solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
  5. Competence in tiered and hierarchical project management.
  6. Ability to maximize product profits through effective inventory and pricing control management.
