Job Title: HR and Admin Executive

  • Location: 10th Floor, Room C2 719, KPN Tower Rama IX Rd, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand
  • Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000 THB / Month
  • Nationality Required: Thai
  • Languages: English and Thai
  • Experience Required: 3-4 years
  • Reporting to: Country Head & HR Director
  • Working Days & Hours:
    • Days: Monday Friday
    • Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
    • Dress Code: Formal (Monday Thursday), Semi Casual (Friday)
  • Interview Rounds: 2-3 face-to-face rounds with Thai and Indian Nationals from the Management Teams.

Job Overview: The HR and Admin Executive will manage various human resources and administrative functions within the company. Responsibilities include handling recruitment, office administration, and supporting employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • HR Administration: Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees, maintain employee records, and assist with performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries, manage HR-related issues, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and maintain office facilities.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate records of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR and administrative reports, including attendance, leave records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing company events.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR and administration, with a preference for candidates from local firms.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
