Job Title: Commercial Director/Country Leader/Regional Commercial Leader

Location: China GZ/China SZ/China SH//KL/South Korea/VN/Malaysia/Korea/Middle East and Africa.

Salary/Budget: CNY 40K -50K per month + 1 to 2months for the year-end bonus 

Preferred Nationality: Locals familiar with local market 

Reporting structure: Founder & CEO (Chinese National)

Team size to manage: Just for the acquisition team, about 3-5 people for every country.

Job Responsibility:

  • According to the business strategies, grow the business footprint within your country/region through new hotels acquisition and retention/growth of existing accounts, leading deal negotiations with key hotels and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Lead, inspire, coach and develop teams to hit the country or regions commercial KPIs;
  • Analyze the country/regions market, create strategic plans, and align priorities with the management team;
  • Analyze and feedback on the availability and quality of data, which lead to recommendations for commercial improvements;
  • Develop and own relationships with key decision makers at hotels, technology partners and other local or regional partners;
  • Attend and participate in relevant industry or company s events.

Job Requirement:

  • More than 5years of team management, and with the international vision;
  • Strong sales skill and negotiation skill, and learning ability;
  • Professional experience, within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels) is preferred;
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to identify opportunities and make decisions based on facts and data;
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
  • Mandarin written and spoken skill will be advantage.
