Primary Purpose of the Position:

The primary purpose of this role is to lead, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's objectives and resonate with the local market. This involves deep understanding of consumer and retailer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

The incumbent plays a crucial role in bridging regional marketing strategies with local needs, ensuring that the company's brand and products resonate with local consumers while achieving business objectives.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executes marketing initiatives as per established ASEAN guidelines, including premium positioning, retail marketing and event staging with strong focus on digital and consumer promotions, consistently tracks and reports progress against KPIs to region.
  • Ensures sell-in & sell-out initiative linkage, active participant and contributor in local S&OP and co-owner of demand plan.
  • Ownership of SAG budget responsible for planning and tracking.
  • Develop and owns portfolio evolution plan that delivers against key regional priorities (driving LUX, SUV, EV) and plans sell through and sell-out initiatives to reflect portfolio priorities.
  • Supports and develops talents within the team (e.g., trade marketing, digital & e-com) and responsible for the teams succession planning.

Primary Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in communication, Marketing and Management
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing management role
  • Hands-on experience with trade marketing campaign execution as well as digital marketing.
  • P&L and Marketing budget ownership
  • Strong understanding of all marketing aspects (including media digital/social, product/portfolio management, trade marketing).
  • Strong collaboration and upward and downward management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and detail-oriented project leader.
  • Strives under pressure and delivers a sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skill, high personal integrity.
  • Marketing Management Skill, Commercial Acumen, Product knowledge.
