Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales B2B Executive from the Machine Manufacturing industry to join our team. This role involves managing and expanding our client base, particularly among non-Japanese clients, and working closely with the Japanese Director and a sales team in Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with 20-30 existing clients.
  • Develop new clients through cold calls, exhibitions, and meet-ups.
  • Present and sell a variety of machines to clients in various industries.
  • Handle quotations and manage the sales process from inquiry to order.
  • Coordinate import logistics and support machine installations at client sites.
  • Travel for business as needed, including international trips.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Prefer experience in sales B2B within the Machine Manufacturing industry.
  • Communicate Japanese fluently (JLPT N2 or equivalent).
  • Willingness to travel for business development.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
