Role Highlights

-Define, develop, and implement service support processes, tools, templates, and methodologies, Train, coach, and mentor application support team. 

-Manage multiple, concurrent issue/request from initiation through delivery, ensuring that all requests are completed on time



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and implement service support processes, tools, templates, and methodologies to be used across the organization.
  • Train, coach, and mentor application support team in the use of these processes, tools, templates, and methodologies
  • Manage multiple, concurrent issue/request from initiation through delivery, ensuring that all requests are completed on time and to the required level of quality.
  • Providing software application support
  • Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
  • Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance.

Successful Candidate:

  • 5+ years experience in project management, IT Application Support
  • 2-3 years experience in management team
  • Age should be at least 32 years old but not over 43 years old. 
  • Good communication, management, and teamwork skills
  • A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

-Need who overseeing the business operation (management 80%, Technical 20%)  
-Knowledge in AWS PostgreSQL (Database), Next.Js. 
-Have subordinates 3 members in a team
