Job Responsibilities
- 1. Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling.
- 2. Understand the concerns of the Student/Parent for dropout.
- 3. Follow up regularly with Student/Parents to retain them.
- 4. Discuss with Centre Operations Manager / HOD (Head of Department) and provide solution to retain the student.
- 5. Have House calls fixed to meet parents.
- 6. Achieve Retention Targets.
- 7. Prepare Daily Reports on Retention.
