About the job Client Success Manager/ Project Manager (Indo)

Client Success Manager will help drive the growth of Arches' Expert Matching Services, supporting the strategic consulting industry and investment funds in Thailand and other Asian countries. This position is also critical in successfully planning, executing, and closing projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Expert Matching/Project Management

  • Working for ideally +30 projects (Consultation about industry research, market research, Business project) as a Client-facing, especially for high-priority accounts;
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services;
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources;
  • Provide updates on project status and milestones.

2. Account Expansion

  • On-Project Activation: The client Success Manager is responsible for on-project activation and should provide the best service for high-priority clients;
  • In charge of sleeping user activation (or some non-user activation);
  • Targeted Clients: Consulting firms, Investment Firms, Corporations and researcher firms.

3. Resource Allocation & Team Management

  • Update report daily and allocate resources based on Project priorities;
  • Conduct To-Do check daily;
  • Lead and motivate project teams;
  • Assign tasks based on team resources and monitor team performance;
  • Monthly 1on1 and daily catch-up with team members;
  • Give constructive feedback and guidance to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Native Thai or bilingual proficiency;
  • Solid experience as an account manager & customer relations manager, and customer success manager, ideally within the management consulting or investment industry or Top headhunting/Recruitment Agencies/ Hospitality;
  • Team management experience with ideally 3 members and above;
  • KPI-driven and able to work in a fast-paced client cycle;
  • Experience in recruitment roles before is a plus advantage;
  • Advanced English Comprehensive support from external communication with overseas clients to internal management meetings;
  • Client communication & Critical thinking Understand the client's attributes and needs;
