C2H - Application Support (L1/L2)- Telecom OCS Billing

Role : Operation Support - Telecom OCS Billing.
Job Type - Contract to Hire
Experience : 3+ Years
Location : Mumbai (WFO) Airoli

Salary:
3- 4 Years 30 to 35 K
4 - 6 Years 40 K to 55k Max

Shifts
7AM 4 PM
2PM 10 PM
10PM 7:30 AM (Night shift would be Max 1 week in a month).

Skill set
a) Telecom Application operations or testing
b) Online rating and charging
c) Telecom Billing
d) Experience on any Telecom IN system e.g., Ericsson, BRM , Comverse, Amdocs, Nokia etc.
e) knowledge of Diameter is preferred

Technical Skills
Strong hands on exp on Unix/Shell scripting
Knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred.
Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or any Pl/SQL
we need support (L1 Support, L2 Support).- Application Support, Production Support, Unix, SQL, Shell Scripting.
