About the job Company Secretary

Job Responsibilities: 

Manage a portfolio of clients and monitor the compliance of statutory requirements & liaise with clients for secretarial matters in accordance to the Companies Act 2016 and other statutory regulations.

Preparation of circular resolutions, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents in compliance with the relevant statutory regulations and guidelines. 

To monitor and supervise the progress of Juniors, to provide guidance to Juniorsfor secretarial works including review the resolutions and all other relevant documents.

Preparing relevant Agenda of Meeting, drafting minutes of meeting, preparing of papers for meetings and to attend Board and Board Committee Meetings and drafting of Bursa announcements, if so required.

Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits. Attend to auditors queries on behalf of clients. 

To provide support beyond secretarial work as and when required by Management. 


Job Requirement: 

Minimum 2 years of relevant and related Corporate Secretarial experience 

Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines or ICSA graduate 

Good written and verbal communication skills Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Word) 

Good supervision skills 

Able to priorities work, monitor and meet deadlines 

Good attitude in learning, detailed and deadline-oriented Adequate knowledge of Listing Requirements and Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, procedures and guidelines is an added advantage
