Working Days and Hours: Monday Friday (44 hours/ Week)
Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established company specializing in steel structure construction and infrastructure development. Company's projects span from factory buildings, warehousing, commercial facilities to public infrastructure works. With complete in-house design, fabrication, and execution capabilities, the company is currently seeking an experienced and capable technical executive to lead engineering team and elevate the overall quality and competitiveness of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical planning, design review, and construction quality control for steel structure projects
- Lead technical solution development, drawing verification, and sign-off for structural designs
- Coordinate technical collaboration across engineering, design, procurement, and construction departments
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve engineering-related issues during construction
- Establish and optimize internal engineering standards, construction procedures, and quality assurance systems
- Participate in bid preparation, including technical documentation and pricing support
- Guide and develop the technical team to enhance overall engineering capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in steel structure or construction engineering
- At least 10 years in technical management or cross-department coordination roles
- Comprehensive understanding of steel structure design, construction methods, fabrication, and installation workflows
- Strong interdepartmental communication skills and the ability to independently resolve technical issues
Preferred Licenses & Certifications:
- Licensed Structural Engineer (strongly preferred)
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Class-A Site Supervisor License (Taiwan)
- Senior Engineer title or equivalent professional qualifications
- Familiarity with structural drawing review and signature procedures is an advantage
- Additional certifications related to welding engineering or steel fabrication are a plus
Additional Information:
- Must be willing to travel or be temporarily stationed at project sites
- Experience in large-scale steel structure projects is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with public construction and government bidding processes is preferred
