Location: Bangna Trad KM19 (client: Minor Food)
Working Hours: 5 Days per week (Mon-Fri) Office Hours 8AM-5PM
(Have on call sometimes on Sat)

Key Accountabilities

Warehouse Management:

  • Manage warehouse operations for Minor Food at both Bangna and Bang Pa-In locations.
  • Plan and coordinate efficient distribution of Minor Food products swiftly and cost-effectively.
  • Continuously develop operational standards within the warehouse.
  • Efficiently manage resources including equipment, facilities, and personnel.

Team Management:

  • Build and manage an efficient warehouse team.
  • Focus on developing staff capabilities.
  • Resolve issues with customers, equipment, and staff.
  • Foster effective communication between Linfox, customers, staff, and subcontractors.

Customer Management:

  • Maintain relationships with Minor Food customers.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with various departments' managers at Minor Food to achieve set goals.
  • Focus on meeting customer needs and maintaining excellent service standards.

Budget Management:

  • Control budget, personnel, and assets.
  • Plan, control, and analyze resource usage to ensure warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage costs and profits effectively.

Safety Management:

  • Prioritize safety.
  • Implement policies related to safety, occupational health, and relevant laws.
  • Manage and control safety through processes such as risk assessment, disaster prevention planning, workplace inspections, etc.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in 3PL logistics service.
  • Special consideration for experience in retail food warehousing.
  • Experience and knowledge in warehouse management and retail food distribution systems.
  • Understanding of transportation logistics.
  • Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse systems and responsibility for accurate customer stock management.
  • Computer literacy including office software and WMS (Warehouse Management System) proficiency.
  • Understanding and ability to manage budgets and control expenses efficiently.
  • Experience in managing staff including negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of labor union systems and factory environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws related to business operations such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
