Position Overview:
We are looking for suitable candidates for our clients job requirement - "Business Project Manager" position for Digital/Mobile Banking Implementation. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex digital banking projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to deployment and post-implementation support. The person will be part of Bank's project team.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
-Lead and manage end-to-end digital/mobile banking implementation projects.
-Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines.
-Monitor and track project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Stakeholder Management:
-Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, IT, vendors, and clients.
-Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on status, risks, and issues.
-Manage Implementation Vendor (to be selected by Bank) for the Bank and Coordinate with Product Company (Temenos)

Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Risk Management:
-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Monitor and report on risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:
-Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
-Maintain high standards of quality in project deliverables.

Vendor Management:
Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners involved in the project.
Manage vendor relationships and performance.

Change Management:
-Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new digital/mobile banking solutions.
-Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:
-Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
-Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.
-10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in digital/mobile banking or financial services.
-Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile banking solutions, and related technologies.
-PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
-Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
