· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources:

· Hands-on experience in HR operations with a strong to mid-level understanding of labor law:

  • The ideal candidate will have practical experience in HR operations, including the implementation and management of HR functions. Additionally, they should possess a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

· Comprehensive expertise in HR management, particularly in payroll, as well as providing support for HR general functions, administration, and operations:

  • The candidate should demonstrate expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, with a particular emphasis on payroll processing. They should be capable of supporting various HR general functions, including administrative tasks and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery.

· Proven experience in various Human Resource Management and Administrative functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and other related HR support services:

  • The candidate should have a broad range of experience in key HR areas. This includes managing recruitment processes, administering compensation and benefits programs, handling employee relations issues, coordinating training and development initiatives, and overseeing performance management systems. Their expertise should extend to other HR support services that contribute to the overall well-being and productivity of the workforce.

· Willingness to work onsite at KL Sentral and Selangor:

  • The candidate must be prepared to work onsite at the designated locations, KL Sentral and Selangor. This indicates a readiness to engage directly with the team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

· Availability to work Monday through Friday:

  • The candidate should be available to work during the standard business week, from Monday to Friday. This schedule ensures consistent availability for team coordination, meetings, and timely completion of HR tasks and responsibilities.
