Role Description
This position is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Sales specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some remote work flexibility. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development / Salesperson with a robust market network and a proven track record of selling e-commerce services and solutions. The role involves strategic planning, market research, client relationship management, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate fresh business prospects within the e-commerce sector.
- Leverage market connections to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Comprehend customer requirements and propose suitable e-commerce solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new avenues.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met by the proposed solutions.
- Attain and surpass sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce or related field.
- Profound understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with OMS, PIM, WMS, RPA, and BI tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
