Role Description

This position is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Sales specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some remote work flexibility. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development / Salesperson with a robust market network and a proven track record of selling e-commerce services and solutions. The role involves strategic planning, market research, client relationship management, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate fresh business prospects within the e-commerce sector.
  • Leverage market connections to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and propose suitable e-commerce solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new avenues.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met by the proposed solutions.
  • Attain and surpass sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce or related field.
  • Profound understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Familiarity with OMS, PIM, WMS, RPA, and BI tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
