Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a robust fintech background, especially in selling solutions to banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate excels in building relationships and has a demonstrated ability to enhance business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. With a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and potential for leadership, this individual will thrive in the fast-paced environment of a technology-as-a-service platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the companys technology solutions to banks, insurance firms, and other financial institutions in Vietnam.
- Develop a strong pipeline of customers and projects; nurture existing relationships while forging new ones.
- Lead the complete sales cycle for RFPs of varying sizes and complexities; create and present sales materials (PowerPoint, Excel) to articulate our solutions and showcase their value.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to manage customer expectations during project implementation, ensuring frequent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and feedback to drive product customization in coordination with the product team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers in the financial services sector.
- Gather market intelligence on the financial services industry within target markets.
Performance Expectations:
- Meet assigned productivity and revenue goals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve product growth targets for designated regions or accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings that align with company standards.
- Complete necessary training and development objectives within set timelines.
- Mentor junior sales and pre-sales staff to build a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar B2B technology solution sales role, particularly with exposure to banks and financial institutions, with a proven sales record through strategic consultative selling.
- Alternatively, candidates with consulting experience (preferably in financial services at the manager level) or banking experience (as an SME Relationship Manager or a mix of frontline and product roles) are encouraged to apply.
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Passion for FinTech, with a high degree of adaptability to the frequent changes typical in startup environments. A self-motivated go-getter who can navigate and push initiatives across departments.
- Capable of initially functioning as an individual contributor, with the expectation of leading a small sales team within 1-2 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelors degree required, ideally in Engineering or Business.
