*IT Infrastructure Focus*
-Manage and maintain IT infrastructure with emphasis on network operations, cloud environments, and cybersecurity measures.
-Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions to support business needs and ensure system reliability.
-Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and IT governance standards, proactively managing risks and vulnerabilities.
-Oversee infrastructure projects from planning to execution, applying project management best practices for effective delivery.

*Digital solutions and Stakeholder Collaboration*
-Use a relationship-based consultative approach to enhance existing business models by leveraging digital solutions and innovative strategies.
-Collaborate with stakeholders through multiple iterations, maintaining professionalism in executing MCT and Group companies projects to support Mitsui's businesses.
-Stay updated on market trends and evolving technologies to propose feasible and relevant solutions for Mitsui's business needs.

  • *Project Proposal and Implementation*
    -Use a relationship-based consultative approach to enhance existing business models by leveraging digital solutions and innovative strategies.
    -Collaborate with stakeholders through multiple iterations, maintaining professionalism in executing MCT and Group companies projects to support Mitsui's businesses.
    -Stay updated on market trends and evolving technologies to propose feasible and relevant solutions for Mitsui's business needs.

  • *IT Project Oversight*
    -Enhance stakeholder experience by understanding their needs and aligning IT projects with business objectives for optimal outcomes.
    -Oversee IT projects, fostering collaboration with technical teams across Group companies to ensure successful implementation and support.
    -Assist with new technology implementation, provide user training, and address technical challenges, proposing enhancements for existing systems.
  • Qualification
    -Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
    -5-10 years of experience in IT system engineering, project management, or consulting.
    -Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    -Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users, senior management, and external vendors.
    -Skilled in process design, documentation, and delivering clear presentations.
    -Hands-on expertise in Windows systems, Active Directory, server management, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and network/cloud infrastructure.
    -Knowledgeable in IT/cybersecurity best practices and governance, with relevant certifications preferred.
    -Proficient in IT project management (PMBOK preferred) and capable of leading infrastructure initiatives independently.
    -Flexible to coordinate across multiple regions (Thailand, Singapore, Tokyo) and travel as needed for projects.
